Job Summary
We are looking for an Instructional Designer to help design and build Product Help, Guided Assistance workflows, Training Videos and other assets. Adept in understanding customer needs/goals and how best to align with how the user interacts with the Product and engages with Help and Assistance. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Create guided assistance workflows and How To’s using a tool like Pendo
· Build out different learning paths inside the Product by Persona
· Work with UX and Product Management team each release focusing on new features and announcements and how best to train users directly in the Product using a tool like Pendo or Release Notes
· Sync with Busines Analyst on data usage of problem areas and devise a course of action to help assist users
· Create instructional and visualization graphics and videos as needed for training materials
· Utilize existing design patterns to ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience
· Stays abreast of industry trends and best practice for design
· Conduct instructional research and analysis with users
Qualifications Education
· BA/BS in Instructional Design, educational technology or related work experience
Experience
· 2+ years of instructional design experience
· Experience with Healthcare is preferred but not mandatory
· Experience with Agile development is preferred but not mandatory
Skills/Knowledge
· Knowledge of in software guidance tools like Pendo, WalkMe, Gainsight, etc.
· Knowledge of tools such as Articulate 360 Teams (Rise, Storyline) and Camtasia
· Proficient with design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred
· Microsoft Office and productivity related applications
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and personal organization skills
Work Environment/Physical Demands
· Ability to use a computer, phone, and other office equipment
