JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the training team, one is accountable for the following:
Learning Assessments and Analysiso Liaises with business partners to ensure proper scoping of business problems and prioritieso Manage data collection, data quality, data repository and assessments modelingo Manage the availability, usability, integrity and security of the data in enterprise systems, based on internal data standards and policieso Select tool and method based on analytics problem framingo Assemble data and generate appropriate business insights and recommendations o Present data stories to the business expertso Create the standards and policies for governing data, as well as implementation and enforcement procedures that are primarily carried out by the data processorso Create a culture of data integration in talent identification processes
Design and Development of Assessments using appropriate delivery methodso Analysis of competency and knowledge requirements to design an effective assessment modelo Participate in reviews and feedback sessions with stakeholders to apply recommendationso Conduct research, extensive fact checking and validation to support accuracy of information to be added in contento Designing content outline and storyboards, applying appropriate multimedia methodologies considering scalability, delivery requirements and limitationso Develop assessment assets such as slides, simulators, handouts, and evaluation guides o Revision of existing assessments based on changes to requirementso Working with the technical team in the publishing of materials in the learning platformso Assess course development timelines and efforts and communicate with stakeholders
Project Management o Implementing content development process, assessing development timelines and setting estimated delivery times
Validation and Quality Review of Content Development Processo Devise quality standards to ensure output is aligned to expectations and design principleso Facilitate beta testing of digital assetso Establish controls and source checking and validation process to ensure that content development and publication and information accuracy does not deviate from organizational policies.o Employing development standards and process for own content output
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• At least 5 years content creation/content development experience• At least 1 year supervisory experience
• With experience in handling multi-client/global support is preferred• Stakeholder management experience• Good Communication Skills• Open to any industry
• Bachelor's Degree
