　　The CNC Setup Operator utilizes advanced skills to set up, operate, and optimize CNC machines for precision machining of high-quality components.

　　Duties/Responsibilities:

　　Proficient in the setup and operation of CNC machines.

　　Strong understanding of machining principles and precision measurement.

　　Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

　　Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving for CNC machine issues.

　　Knowledge of tool selection, cutting speeds, and feeds.

　　Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

　　Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

　　Effective communication and teamwork skills.

　　Familiarity with CNC programming is a plus.

　　Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines.

　　Perform other related duties as assigned.
