Job Description:
The effective candidate will work from planning sheets, blueprints, quality control specifications, oral and written instructions, and contractual requirements.Role & Responsibilities:
Inspect for final acceptance, all types and series of electronic hardware.Inspect and accept electronic hardware referencing quality control standards, workmanship, and drawing specifications; by checking such items as parts, wires, solder joints, and terminals, using appropriate inspection devices.Prepare reports and maintain records as needed.Meet necessary certifications as required.Perform incidental related duties as assigned or instructed.Review deliverable Acceptance and Test Data Packages (ADP/TDP) to assure they are correct and complete as defined by the contract before submitting to customer acceptance.Perform hardware and process audits.U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to obtain a U.S Classified Clearance.Required Skills:
Minimum (4) years of experience as a quality inspector or comparable experience.Experience using calibrated inspection measurement resources such as micrometers, calipers, microscope, and rulers.Experience with drawing and blueprint reading.Ability to understand and communicate with engineering teams, facilitators, and managers.Ability to recognize and enforce compliance to Raytheon Technologies' policies and procedures.Ability to perform quality inspections with minimal mentor oversight.Excellent communication skills.Desired Skills:
Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work with a high degree of enthusiasm and efficiency.Ability to effectively communicate with management, supervisors, and peers to resolve issues.Display a thorough personal commitment to successfully complete all projects.Demonstrates a high level of initiative (self-starter).Previous interaction with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).Required Education:
