　　$18/hour with 2nd shift premium of +$1.00/hour(3rd shift premium of +$1.50/hour)

　　About the Position:

　　AnInspection Supervisor-Level 1is a newly hired supervisor. During this training period, all Level 1 Supervisors are expected to learn all TQS Inspection Processes and Procedures to ensure the correct execution in the field. After this training period, the Level 1 Supervisor will take the assessment to become a Level 2 Supervisor and is expected to fully understand the job requirements and will be able to run a job autonomously. This position is responsible for the direct coordination and supervision of a project with the assistance and guidance of the Inspection Services department. The individual will be available and on-call always during their shift and on-call schedules. This individual must respond within 30 minutes and report to work within one hour after receiving the call for work. Set shifts will be required with a holdover up to four hours.

　　Trained to set-up the projects and establish project workflowEnsure the successful execution of Inspection projectsDisplays TQS Core ValuesLearn to run the job site and coordinate the projects with the Inspection departmentApproves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materialsApproves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisorApproves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-workDocuments inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; learn to input data into quality databaseKeeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions, calling for repairsMaintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulationsUpdates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publicationsAccomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as neededSet-up the projects and establish project workflow; organize personnel for inspectionEnsure all required tools and supplies for the project are on-siteLearn to direct and manage work crews as stated within the work instructionsLearn to prepare, review, and submit/enter necessary paperwork associated with the projectLearn to schedule project crews for subsequent projects and assignments as neededCommunicate any changes in project procedure and/or project requirements to the Inspection departmentAssist project crews on new procedures and project requirementsLearn to act as primary contact on the job site for customer and other personnel, including but not limited to progress, concerns, and potential issuesObtain and maintain required certifications and authorizations as requiredSelf-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detailServes as a role model in displaying initiative and assertiveness with positive problem-solving techniques and willingly performs non- ssigned duties as neededMaintain working knowledge of TQS policies and proceduresMaintain a professional and Ethical work environment/behaviorLiaising with staff in other departments and with external contactsReview parts/job SpecsCoordinate parts pick-ups and deliveriesValid driver's license is requiredSupervisory Duties:
