General Description
We are looking for two Inside Sales representatives involved in the process of closing registrations for SureSmile clear aligners to current & future Dentsply Sirona customers. The hourly rate and variable compensation for this role in the state of Oklahoma is between $41,000 to $75,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
Key Responsibilities
Contact dental offices who are not currently registered for SureSmile to generate and close customer registrations
Raise awareness and generate interest for the DS SureSmile Aligner platform
Call existing DS accounts and new DS customers provided from target lists, reach a decision maker and register customer for SureSmile aligner platform
Ask effective questions to investigate clear aligner opportunity for practice growth. Identify current usage of clear aligner business
Efficiently organize and develop prospects into set virtual demos if needed to close a SureSmile registration
Meet or exceed assigned daily activity minimums of 50-60 activities per day (calls and demos)
Assign leads to Field Reps
Identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities & communicate to field teams for follow up
Submit lead opportunities in Salesforce for Field Rep follow-up
Investigate key details about prospective practices
Manage and track potential opportunities
Follow best practices in managing potential, interested customers in Salesforce.com
Make notes of interactions with accounts and keep accurate record of them
Create tasks and processes to follow up with every lead effectively
Prpvide voice of customer from outbound calls
Potential role expansion & special assignments
May be asked to attend inside & outside events such as trade shows & other conventions
Perform other related duties as assigned including special projects
Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
You are located within commutable distance of the Dentsply Sirona Tulsa or York office.
Have previous sales experience, have a passion for sales and/or sales leadership.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of resilience, enabling you to bounce back from setbacks, challenges and rejection.
Possess a player mindset; you drive and strive to grow and develop.
Strong ability to learn new technology and adapt quickly.
Work ethic is unmatched- anything you don't know you'll make up with hard work.
Coachable and willing to receive and implement feedback.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
