　　Job Summary

　　Prepare all food items for patients, retail area, Drs. Lounges, special functions, and staff.

　　Responsible for the creation, planning, and preparation of daily specials and special events.

　　Education and/or Experience

　　Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

　　Work Schedule

　　M- F Varied shifts; every other weekend/holiday; 80hrs/2week

　　Pay

　　The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

　　$18.25 - $22.25 per hour
