Location: The Trane Pacific Southwest Region is hiring for this position in Phoenix Arizona.
Job Summary:
As an Area Inside Sales Specialist, you will join Trane’s best in class Commercial HVAC team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in building efficiency and sustainability through our Service offerings. In this role, you will function as a key individual responsible for driving top tier customer satisfaction for all existing clients. This position works closely with all services team members to ensure on-time renewal of service agreements.
This position works closely with all services team members and customers to ensure that their service needs are met. This position will require functions that support efficiency in sales growth along with delivering on a core business principle which is doing business with Trane an ease.
Responsibilities:
Acts as a customer advocate to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded resulting in satisfaction rates, retention, quotes, pull thru, and service agreement base growth.
Aids in the account management process for existing clients which includes identification and execution of additional services for client.
Serves as primary contact for assigned customers to ensure clients are satisfied with existing service leading to account retention.
Assesses and evaluates potential service agreement opportunities at startup to drive linkage.
Acts as front-line resource to identify key players and determine if service agreement opportunity exists.
Assists with initiating customer account setup and credit applications for all new clients.
Manages and maintains accuracy for all Software Management tools such as CRM.
Aids in the process of processing service work which may include but limited to: Credit Approvals, Contract Management, Transition Documentation, Certificate of Insurances, etc.
Support Account Receivable activities, manages and reviews pre-hold, on-hold, pre-legal, and legal reports for Account Managers, works with customer directly to receive payment, access to invoicing applications.
Assist in credit/rebill invoice activities.
Manage team account assignments in CRM and other necessary applications.
Support estimating when inside estimators are not available, this may include proposal generation, validation meetings, transitions to fulfillment and service proposal estimating.
Manage Service agreement cancelations, close out process and customer follow up.
Qualifications
Associate degree in business or related area and/or equivalent with 3 years minimum related work experience in a customer service focus capacity is preferred.
Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems and/or Temperature Controls preferred.
Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to:
DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
Proficiency Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) products and office equipment required.
Ability to clearly communicate including presentation skills and develop relationships.
Proven ability to demonstrate a strong customer focus, high sense of urgency to complete tasks, and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Demonstrate ability to be self-driven, a collaborative team player, and assertive with solutions.
Flexibility to work overtime as required.

Base Compensation Range: $ $48,000-$64,000. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
