Description
The Inside Sales Representative for SIW Solutions is based at the front desk of the retail showroom, responsible for greeting walk-in customers and answering sales inquiry phone calls. This role is also responsible to follow-up with designated digital leads and convert them to scheduled appointments. The Inside Sales Representative strives to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, introduce product solutions, and schedule an in-home consultation.

Represent the SIW brand with a positive and professional demeanor, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Responsible for greeting showroom visitors and creating interest to schedule in-home sales consultations; effectively convey product features, benefits, and company information to drive engagement.
Answer incoming phone calls related to sales inquiries.
Convert digital leads to appointments through communication via phone, text, email and web chat; understand prospective customer needs and determine if we have the right solution for them.
Deliver compelling sales presentations and tactics within the showroom, based on the needs and requests of prospective customers.
Respond to requests for immediate pricing and supply only orders, as needed by prospective customers.
Engage in follow-up by contacting customers who received an in-home sales consultation and did not order; engage in selling process to qualify needs and concerns and present solutions.
Collaborate with and provide assistance to Sales Support Specialists to ensure customer projects are accurate and within scope.
You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)
Bachelor’s degree or have equivalent industry experience. All combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Previous experience in sales, business to business customer service, or technical product support.
Must be able to periodically lift up to 50 lbs.
Fluid and confident verbal, nonverbal, and written communication skills with an ability to convey strong, clear, concise messages.
Cohesive interpersonal and relationship-building skills at multiple levels.
Solution-oriented and innovative thinking abilities.
Must possess superior organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
High energy, self-directed, professionally confident, and self-motivated.
Approachable, collaborative, and presents with appropriate business acumen.
