　　TheDirect Support Professional (DSP)provides support and skills training to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a residential setting and within the community.

　　Neal Houseis a very fun energetic young house with 11 super fun residents. We have male and females that live here. We are unique in thatNeal Househas 11 bedrooms, which means everyone gets their own room. Make sure you wear your sneakers and have no troubles going up and down lots of stairs. We are located near Carmel High School, close to restaurants, walking trails, shopping, and more! 　　A high school diploma or GED is desired. Post-high-school education in Human Services is a definite plus. An acceptable NYS driver's license and basic computer knowledge are a must. An informative, paid new hire orientation is provided in a comfortable learning environment. Training will also include Van Certification, SCIP, First Aid/CPR, and Medication Administration certification.

　　Starting Salary: $18.44 - $20.29 per hour with additional shift differentials as applicable

　　Minimum Requirements

　　High School Diploma or GED is preferred

　　Acceptable NYS Driver's License

　　Computer skills
