JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible forinbound and outbound calls and follow-up to ensure targeted profitablegrowth in support of the Commercial and Industrial lines of business.This involves engaging in all new development activities of an assignedbook of business. Compensation:\$20/hour + Commission KeyResponsibilities: Acquire new revenue growth by generating outboundcalls within existing services areas to new B2B prospects for permanentcommercial and industrial customers Effectively respond to inbound callsto close high percentage of business and drive price and term. Contactthe appropriate sales representative to flip the opportunity if unableto close on permanent business Complete all required paperwork and othermiscellaneous reports Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of thecompany\'s available services, lines of business, pricing structures,and offers additional services as appropriate to existing customersUtilize prospecting and retention customer database while scheduling anddocumenting all activities. Daily phone blocking to achieve requiredactivity standards Responsible for achieving and/or exceeding monthlygrowth quota Performs other job-related duties as assignedQualifications: Required High School diploma or GED.
