ISR customers are typically small construction, landscapeand governmental customers identified via DBS, Used Machine Sales, UCC1,Selectory Database, Association Directories etc. The ISR proactively managesan account base in an assigned territory, employing a disciplined phone callcampaign approach. The ISR provides retail assistance and coordination forcustomers with all sales activities, even if they dont actually performthese functions personally, such as demonstrating, qualifying,quoting, and closing the sale. Direct mail and other promotional activitieswill be used to drive business to the ISRs.
