ISR customers are typically small construction, landscapeand governmental customers identified via DBS, Used Machine Sales, UCC1,Selectory Database, Association Directories etc. The ISR proactively managesan account base in an assigned territory, employing a disciplined phone callcampaign approach. The ISR provides retail assistance and coordination forcustomers with all sales activities, even if they dont actually performthese functions personally, such as demonstrating, qualifying,quoting, and closing the sale. Direct mail and other promotional activitieswill be used to drive business to the ISRs. A segmented and targeted industryapproach will be used in addition to some regionalized campaigns.Pay Rate:$53,422.49 - $73,459.02 AnnuallyPay rate is dependent upon education & experience.Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilitiesto perform these essential functions.Coordinates, demonstrations and facilitates the quote and qualificationprocessesMaintains and updates accurate customer account information and machinepopulation dataTracks specific account, territory and sales goals using our CRM systemPasses parts, service, sales and rental requests to the appropriate personor organizationAbility to manage multiple sales leads and opportunities at any given timeEstablishes and grows value added, consultative relationships with ourcustomersDevelops strong positive relationships with our outside sales representativesand other employeesEmploys a disciplined phone call campaign, making 20 calls per dayMaintains a call cycle with customers according to the established PAR for theaccountQualifies accounts, and begins to develop the customer relationshipTargets specific customers for sales and promotionsPromotes all aspects of the Dealership by promoting sales, parts,service, rental, and Customer Support Agreements for all products andservices represented by Wagner Equipment & Wagner RentsPerforms simple needs analysis to determine individual customer's needs andprovide solutions to fit those needsKnows and can communicate effectively about various Dealer products andservicesAbility to understand and use multiple programs and systems simultaneouslysuch as SalesLink DBS, SIS, Dealer.cat.com, Vision Link, SIMSi, etcOther duties as assigned by managerRequired Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GEDCollege Degree in any discipline or equivalent combination of education andexperience3-5 ears in outbound phone sales preferred3-5 years administrative/clerical experience3-5 years customer service experience3-5 years sales experiencePhysical Demands & Competencies:Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearingSedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may requireoccasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 poundsData Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational,communication & math skillsSafety & Product KnowledgeDecision MakingPlanning and PrioritizingAbility to inspire and support othersBasic knowledge of Microsoft PowerPointIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelWork Environment:Noise: ModerateIndoors and OutdoorsTravel Requirements:1- 25%Other Duties:Job Offers are contingent upon all required pre-employment screenings whichmay include but are not limited to background checks, drug/alcoholtesting, fit for duty testing, and any other job-related tests/screenings.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain acomprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that arerequired of the employee for this job.
