Partnered with a large Satellite Program in the Redmond, WA area looking for a Manufacturing Test Engineer to join their growing team as they move into their production phase!

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　Support PCBA test/debug

　　Program and execute functional testing of PCBAs.

　　Diagnose nonconformances identified during testing of PCBAs.

　　Document nonconformances/defects for communication back to PCBA manufacturing team and CM.

　　Coordinate PCBA rework to repair defects.

　　Deploy functional testing and PCBA debug at the CM.

　　Spend up to 30% of time traveling domestically

　　Support electrical debug of PCBAs at the CM.

　　Train staff at CM on programming, testing, and electrical debug of PCBAs.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.

　　2+ years’ experience with debugging PCBA designs that include microprocessors, FPGAs, power supplies, and/or sensors.

　　Experience with circuit-level debug to the component level.

　　Must be ITAR compliant

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience delivering test solutions to manufacturing facilities.

　　Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing manufacturing test strategies for electrical subassemblies.

　　IPC-A-610 certification or familiarity.

　　Experience testing, troubleshooting, and debugging RF electronics.

　　Programming experience in Python, C#, C++, or MATLAB.

　　Experience writing software to control test equipment and devices under test (DUTs) using standard software tools.

　　Experience designing PCBAs of medium-to-high complexity.
