WITHIN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL:
Initial qualification of inbound and outbound leads in opportunities
Management and creation of qualified opportunities and tracking of opportunities with the aim of order acquisition and identifying potential and current accounts.
Demonstrate effective selling skills and product understanding to uncover customer needs to position an appropriate solution.
Manage accounts by closely following through by means of commercial arguments and obtaining successful closure of the order.
Maintenance of existing customers and new customer creation in the CRM system Salesforce
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly defined revenue targets.
Develops technical knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
Maintains and improves quality results by following standard work.
Close interface between marketing and sales in the planning and implementation of international campaigns such as e.B. trade-in actions

Your EDUCATION OR BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:
Bachelor’s degree with Minimum 3 years’ experience in inside sales withrevenue responsibility
Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
At least 2-3 years of experience in internal sales, ideally in telephone sales of technical devices or software
Dynamic personality with energy and high level of self-motivation, and goal orientation
Convincing and open-minded personality with sales flair
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task; highly organized.
Working in virtual teams is fun for you.
Very good PC user knowledge, CRM (Salesforce)
