　　The Role

　　In-Room Dining colleagues are responsible for recording guest food and/or beverage orders, offering menu suggestions, processing forms of payment for goods and services to include room charges and credit card. Our In Room Dining Attendants are a vital point of contact for the guest dining experience and have the ability to ensure satisfaction. Other duties include general in room dining preparation, removal of serving trays from guestroom floors and maintaining a sanitary environment.

　　Responsibilities/Duties

　　Receives and inputs guest orders.

　　Ensure receipt of orders by kitchen are correct.

　　Delivers food and beverage orders and collects payments.

　　Settles checks in the P.O.S. system according to Hotel specifications.

　　Assists in the maintenance of the Room Service area and equipment, including retrieval of all equipment throughout the hotel.

　　Handles complaints or challenges with a positive attitude

This mixed-use project will also feature a residential tower – Siena – and 10,000 square feet of retail space.

　　1-year experience in a fast-paced environment

　　Liquor, wine & beer and food knowledge

　　Problem-solving and decision-making skills

　　Proactive attitude with strong organizational skills

　　Work cohesively with colleagues as part of a team

　　Flexible schedule - willing and able to work overnight shift duties that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
