Infrastructure Support Analyst

　　As an Infrastructure Support Analyst, you make a difference by providing technical support for over 500 users across 13 different locations and wireless access and intranet service for our 2,000 professional drivers—this is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and technical support across many complex software and hardware technologies.

　　You create Driver Success by ensuring that our teammembers have the necessary technology tools to support our professional drivers and our customers.

　　You will use your strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine how to proactively identify, research, resolve and document technical issues that arise. Additionally, you use your superb customer service skills to work closely with end-users to ensure they have an exceptional customer service experience.

　　We are looking for someone with expertise in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft Desktop technologies, including RDS and Office, printers, VoIP phone systems, and desktop/laptop hardware components in a 24x7 Service Level environment.

　　You will need knowledge of Active Directory and network services (DNS, DHCP, and WINS) and experience configuring and troubleshooting mobile devices.

　　A big plus if you have experience with Office 365, SharePoint, Windows 7, 8, & 10, Cisco voice & video technologies, and the Microsoft System Center Suite.

　　The Wage:

　　You will earn an hourly wage and be eligibgle for a monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, you are eligible for medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and paid time off. We even offer tuition reimbursement if you are interested in advancing your education.
