Key Responsibilities:
The Threat & Vulnerability area will consist of the following remit;
IT/OT Operational Security Vulnerability Assessments & Management
Patch Management
Threat Intelligence
Reporting
Responsibilities include:
Ensure effective vulnerability scanning of infrastructure, code, and applications within both corporate/OT and 3rd party environments
Research and investigate new and emerging vulnerabilities, to include Zero Day events, and participate in external security communities, sharing findings across the security functions.
Define minimum standards in relation to threat management, monitoring compliance across the business globally
Own and execute on an operational patch management strategy collaborating with other teams as necessary.
Perform, at least annually, a Threat Assessment across our businesses, feeding into risk management and business planning activities.
Ensure the accurate and timely release of vulnerability metrics.
Report on areas of non-compliance against Policy and/or Group Standards
Support IT, infrastructure and infrastructure security efforts where possible
Build automation
Centralize and Track remediation efforts to their completion for both internal deficiencies and vulnerabilities and customer identified vulnerabilities.
Qualifications/Core Skills
7-10 years Operations security experience or IT infrastructure security experience.
Bachelors degree in technology, cybersecurity of technical risk management
Network Infrastructure, Server Architecture background (preferably cisco powered and/or Microsoft operating systems)
Robust sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially experience with executive-level communications
