　　Harrison County WV Employer is NOW HIRING INEXPERIENCED COAL MINERS!!! PAID TRAINING IS AVAILABLE!!! MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to learn the safe and efficient operation of underground mining equipment. Must comply with company policies, federal and state laws, and regulatory standards. Must have the ability to communicate with all levels of mine management and co-workers. Must have the ability to work well in a team environment. Must have the ability to perform heavy labor. Must have reliable transportation. Must have the ability to work rotating shift schedule (Shift Work). BENEFITS: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision & Rx benefits. Paid holidays & up to 4 weeks paid vacation.
