At Kimball Midwest, you are a name and not a number and we pride ourselves on our unique culture.ResponsibilitiesProvide telephone IT support to associates.Document issues with all information pertinent net to issue reporting and resolution.Train the sales force and internal staff on defined curriculum.Become a 'Customer Advocate' and strive to ensure our customers have the best possible experience using our technology, tools, and support services.QualificationsEntry level IT knowledge and experience.Excellent phone manner and customer service skills.
