  Job Summary

  The IT Business Services Site Lead role will lead a team of people to deliver technical support for Windows and iOS computers and perform installation and configuration on a variety of desktop platforms and peripherals, and act as the go-to IT resource for the site by providing the highest level of customer service. This role will provide exceptional technical service to corporate Executive C Suite employees as quickly as possible.

  Responsibilities

  Lead a team of IT Support Specialist 3 team members as part of the global IT Business Services team to deliver quality technical support

  Design and configure various solutions for end user computing environments

  Serving as the point of contact for Senior Level Executives in the main corporate offices requires the ability to quickly provide solutions to issues by working with limited supervision and high degree of latitude for independent judgement

  Provide leadership for the enterprise desktop computing environment and network administrative functions

  Provide leadership across the enterprise in support of ACCO Brands support desk services, including managing internal, outsourced, and offshore resources as required

  Comprehensive knowledge of operational procedures for computing support, Help Desk support, servers, network, Windows, and MAC operating systems, and troubleshooting concepts

  Comprehensive knowledge of broad range application and infrastructure architectures in broad sense, as it related to computer hardware and software, operating systems, relational databases, and client/server concepts

  Provides onsite telecommunications system support, troubleshooting, and configuration

  Investigates and resolves complex computer software problems

  Resolves user requests for technical assistance through either telephone, online, or on-site support

  Deliver VIP support for corporate executives and their direct reports

  Develop and maintain desktop standards through testing and certification of hardware and software

  Responsible for compliance with company licensing requirements

  Configure and debug remote connectivity issues for remote personnel and outside vendor connectivity

  Maintain security standards of user accounts and/or access

  Escalates and coordinates problems as needed

  Provides user training on simple system access and usage

  Creation of training materials and instructions for end users

  Assists users in the configuration of remote access solutions

  Performs on-site visits to remote locations to resolve outstanding issues, travel as needed quarterly

  Other duties as required to support the ACCO global IT environment

  Good communication skills, both oral and written

  Implement new technologies and modern environments

  Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and/or equivalent experience

  8-11 years’ experience working with Windows, iOS devices, and Network Devices in a corporate environment

  Ability to manage a team of technically skilled employees at multiple locations

  MCSE, MCP, Comp TIA A+, and Cisco Certifications a plus

  Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Macintosh, iOS / Android, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint

  Proficient in Microsoft Office and Office365

  Trained in ITIL processes
