　　Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

　　Gewährleistung der Verwaltung aller IT-Anfragen und -Vorfälle der Benutzer im vorhandenen Ticket-Management-Tool.

　　Bereitstellung von 1st und 2nd Level Support für die IT-Hardware (Computer und Peripheriegeräte) des Unternehmens sowie für verwendete Software, die in der Verantwortung der IT-Abteilung liegt.

　　Installation und Konfiguration von Standardanwendungen und Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten für spezifische Anwendungen in den Produktionsbereichen.

　　Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Profis (auch remote), um einen unterbrechungsfreien IT-Service aufrechtzuerhalten.

　　Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Schulungen, um den bestehenden Anforderungen zu entsprechen.

　　Verwaltung des IT-Bestands (Hardware und Software).

　　Aktualisierung und Weitergabe des Wissensstands.

　　Aktive Teilnahme an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des IT-Services.

　　Mitwirkung an IT-Projekten und Unterstützung anderer Abteilungen bei deren Projekten.

　　DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

　　Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, EFZ oder gleichwertigem Niveau, idealerweise mit 2 Jahren Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position.

　　Mehrjährige Erfahrung im 1st und 2nd Level Support mit Ticketing System

　　Gutes Verständnis für die Windows Server- und Netzwerkumgebung,

　　Erfahrungen mit Microsoft/ Windows Anwendungen

　　Fließend Deutsch und gute Kenntnisse in Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
