And if that's you we would love to have you join us!What You will Do:Lead the account strategy for new and incremental growth within assigned accounts and communicate to extended teams on an account-by-account basis.Use relationships with executives within assigned accounts through direct sales and business development activities.Establish a trusted advisor relationship with customers, understand customer processes, goals and organization model while providing guidance on customer's projects.Build and deploy funnel growth plans to Identify, and work towards new client acquisition.Follow the Rockwell Automation sales process: know assigned accounts, plans for growth, maintain a healthy funnel, guide opportunities to closure and evaluate performance to goal.Create customer outcomes by translating application knowledge, industry expertise/best practices and development of high-level strategies.Represent Rockwell Automation capabilities and establish new accounts and revenue and develop account reach plans to increase customer wallet share.Persist in the face of obstacles through collaboration with multiple internal and external teams to create customer-focused solutions.Collaborate with the North America Regional Industry Managers and OEM Segment Leaders.Qualify customer opportunities, engages the appropriate resources and coordinate the solution design to influence the customer's decision process and present solutions to the customer (value proposition).Maintain accurate assessment of target and opportunity funnel within the Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system.Teams with corporate Contracts and Negotiations group to come to terms with customers.Obtain agreements and prices to support the proposal effort.Negotiate contract terms and conditions (T&Cs), pricing, discounts and allowances.Set and help manage internal/external partner expectations.Ensure familiarity with company procedures.Apply procedures in compliance with government laws.
