　　Job Title: Industrial Mechanic

　　Location: Branchburg, NJ

　　Pay: $25-$30/hr depending on experience

　　Hours: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

　　Standard Mon-Fri shifts and rotating shifts available!

　　Open to entry level maintenance techs with strong mechanical experience!

　　Description:

　　Troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, PLC Programs, Blow Mold Machines, Injection Mold Machines, Material Handling Equipment, AC/DC drives, Lighting Systems, Blending/Mixing Systems, Etc.

　　Troubleshoot and repair equipment to optimize efficiency, down time, quality and safety

　　Reads blueprints and technical manuals

　　Performs equipment changes, mold changes and set ups

　　Repair, replace and adjust electrical or mechanical parts in the machines and equipment

　　Preventive maintenance and repair on hydraulic equipment, electrical and mechanical components, blow mold machines, conveyor systems

　　New equipment installations and overhaul machines when deemed necessary

　　Respond to maintenance issues from Operators, packers, quality assurance and plant supervision

　　Will be responsible for pneumatics, hydraulics, motors, sensors, bearings, air pressure equipment, drives, vales, ac/dc, cylinders, pumps, various shafts and various other secondary equipment

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　2+ year of Maintenance Mechanic Experience preferred

　　Experience with maintaining automated equipment or conveyors is a plus

　　Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

　　Ability to read and follow blueprints and/or schematics

　　Willing to submit to Dg/Bckgrnd Screenings

　　Must be authorized to work in the USA
