Industrial Maintenance Supervisor - Youngstown / Warren, OH - JOB 24-00022Salary Range: $30.00 to $40.00/HR Permanent Position with Benefits plus yearly profit margin bonus!Job Summary:• Manufacturing company seeks a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead and direct a team of Maintenance Technicians.• The role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heavy-duty commercial equipment in the industrial manufacturing/machining industry.• Responsibilities include enforcing company policies, organizing preventive maintenance programs, overseeing equipment repairs, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with legal codes.• The position also involves collaborating with health and utility departments, managing fleet maintenance, implementing safety procedures, and overseeing spare parts inventory.• The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of maintenance technician experience, 3-5 years of supervisory experience.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to read technical diagrams.• Overtime may be required, and the candidate should be self-motivated, organized, and a team player with general building maintenance skills.Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.Due to the large amount of resumes we expect to receive only the most qualified candidates will be contacted.
