Reportingto the Plant Director, the Industrial Engineering Manager will leadoperational improvements for HARIBO\'s new state-of-the-art foodmanufacturing plant in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin (Kenosha area insoutheastern Wisconsin). As an individual contributor, the IndustrialEngineering Manager will create industrial engineering capabilities inthe plant to find ways to eliminate wastefulness in the productionprocess by devising efficient systems that integrate workers, machines,material, information and energy to make our world famous gummi candyproducts.
