Drive labor improvement through engineered labor standards, performance-based incentive roll-out, ideate and support the execution and sustainment of continuous improvement initiatives.Essential Functions:Identify and drive productivity improvement initiatives through continuous improvement projectsDevelop, validate, and maintain time-studied standardsCalculate and implement performance incentivesEnsure proper change management to sustain assigned projectsProvide training to operations teams on labor management and associated systemsWhat Experience You NeedBachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or equivalent degree such as Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Logistics is required3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field in a warehouse/distribution environmentExperience in developing engineered labor standardsContinuous improvement experience and knowledge of CI methodologies requiredWillingness to travel up to 75%What Could Set You ApartKnowledge of 3PL warehousing concepts - understanding of best practices & KPIsExperience developing incentive programsAbility to drive decision making through data and relevant business metricsStrong computer skills including Power B.I, WorkStudy 6 and MSD/MOST experienceWhat We OfferOur associates know the answer to the question What's in it for me?
