In thisrole, you will assume multi-project responsibilities for complete electricaldesign, including cleanroom design and process utility systems. Projectswill be in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, and technology markets.Job Activities:Prepare accurate Electrical system construction drawings and specificationsfor submittal review and construction administration.Prepare preliminary schematics through final designs, calculations,equipment selection, and layout.Maintain project design budgets and schedules while pursuing quality.Actively engage in and assume responsibility for code research andapplication.Interface with other disciplines, clients, and contractorsCoordinate with other production staff.Specific Requirements include:BS in Electrical Engineering or Architectural EngineeringLicenses/Registrations: A Professional Engineer License (PE) isstrongly preferred.8+ years of related Electrical Design experienceStrong knowledge of medium voltage and low voltage designStrong knowledge of the National Electrical CodeApplication knowledge of electrical, building, and energy codes is desired.Strong verbal and writing skills.Strong background with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and REVITAbility to travel.About Farnsworth GroupFarnsworth Group is an award-winning, employee-owned engineering,architecture, and surveying firm with more than 500 employees located innearly 30 offices nationwide.
