　　Position Summary: 

　　The Direct Care Companion provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.

　　This full-time position works a four week rotating schedule of:

　　Week 1

　　7am to 3pm Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday

　　Week 2

　　7am to 3pm Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

　　Week 3

　　7am to 3pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday

　　Week 4

　　7am to 3pm Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday

　　*Position Requirements: *

　　18 yrs. or older Ability to lift 200 lbs. *with assistance *Valid driver's license/auto insurance Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
