Position overview

　　We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join us in our Camden, AR facility to perform professional assignments following established policies. This position requires some professional judgment and a limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts.

　　Essential Functions

　　35% - Perform technical supervision and troubleshooting of complex operations involved in the manufacture of insulation components, insulated rocket motor cases, and rocket motor mixing casting and assembly operations.

　　35% - Originate, prepare, and maintain detailed planning (Standard Operating Procedures) for the manufacture of inert/energetic components.

　　20% - Perform hands-on pilot operations for manufacture of new inert/energetic components, and development program components.

　　5% - Accurately report problems, solutions, and results in concise written and oral communications.

　　5% - Perform mathematical calculations for geometric checks and chemical mixtures.

　　Requirements

　　Requires a Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, process or other related engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

　　Two years of related post college experience, preferably in the defense industry

　　Ability to use CAD software and Microsoft Office suite

　　Desired qualifications

　　Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical and non technical professionals at all levels
