Broadridge is growing! We are actively seeking an Implementation Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Pittsburgh, PA office! This role entails having a technical comfortability with data and includes a wide range of activities on both the strategic and the tactical level. You will onboard Data & Analytics products, engage with talented industry professionals, apply technical skills, interact with data using SQL and perform project management best practices. This is a key, client facing role.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to the Pittsburgh Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:Provide project leadership from the point of sale through turnover of clients' system to on-going support - all phases of the implementation project from kickoff to go-liveMaintain the high-level implementation project plan and key project documents for assigned projectsCoordinate client implementations, conversions or pre-defined project initiativesManage issues to insure timely resolution, resolve any conflicts between client expectations and actual work output as well as identify out of scope itemsResponsible for monitoring progress to provide updates to clients, the project team and managementHandle related technical implementation tasks aimed at project completion, including but not limited to:Onboard data feeds for data aggregationData research and analysis using SQLEstablish system parameters and settingsConduct fit/gap analysis of our products and services as neededCreate training and documentation materials to ensure successful project deliveryUtilize Power BI to streamline organizational processes and report on analytics across the organization.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, or related fieldHave an ability to perform data research and analysis, understand database table structures and interact with data using SQL2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industryDetail oriented, have strong organizational skills and problem solving abilitiesExperience using the following technologies at a moderate level is preferred: SQL, execution of scripts via the command prompt, MS Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI#LI-MJ1
