About Implementation Project Manager

  Genesis10 is seeking a Implementation Project Manager for a contract with our client in Eagan, MN. 100% Remote. Job Description: Unbiased and Independent execution expert managing programs/projects across IT and business. This is a key role in the strategic execution for the IT organization. Leads the program/project to successful conclusion manages scope, budget, schedule, quality; tracks and monitors ROI Key Responsibilities: Builds the program/project roadmap and strategy to support the execution and delivery of the effort. Responsible for communicating program/project status. Ensures decisions, task completion, change management, issue and risk management are managed. Oversees resource plans; project plans, schedules and budgets. If a software selection is required, ensures the strategy is documented, calculates the total cost of ownership and ensures the evaluation reference material is captured. Manages integrity and consistency of activities and artifacts, using the applicable Enterprise PPM tool (system of record). Performs quality checks ensuring consistency in delivery across program/project teams on a program/project. Supports management of organizational change. Delegate and empower to act on your behalf. Partner with IT Scrum Masters/Team Iteration Managers. Leads the program/project to successful conclusion manages scope, budget, schedule, quality; tracks and monitors ROI Accountable for the successful delivery of the program/project. Oversees resource allocation across the teams to balance workloads and effectively accomplish tasks Takes corrective action when programs/projects deviate from the established program/projects plans Acts as path of escalation for program/project team Responsible for stakeholder communications and team morale Ensures delivery of all services under the program/project Acts as independent overseer, single point of contact, to the program/project teams Big picture thinking, critical thinking, identification and management of risk/issues, and decision making abilities. Political Acumen/Manages Organizational Politics, ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Situational awareness and ability to flex to different styles. Ability to operation without supervision. Demonstrated problem solving techniques and ability to escalate at the right time at the appropriate level. Collaborate with other PMs, improving processes and procedures, and providing thought leadership to move the profession forward. Required Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in IT Program/Project Management (Agile, Waterfall) working on Programs/Projects across multiple departments in the organization for end-to-end delivery. 5+ years program/project financial management (including managing program forecasts, estimations, monthly tracking and reporting actuals against forecast). 5+ years experience managing Programs/Projects using Enterprise PPM tools. 5+ years experience building business cases with NPV/ROI projections and value realization. 2+ years experience with Executive stakeholder management, Executive presence and communication/presentations, and facilitate executive decision making. 2+ years experience managing external stakeholders including clients and vendors. Preferred: - PBM Experience/Healthcare Optional Certifications: Six Sigma PMP Agile/CSM SAFe/Scale or Organizational Agile Compensation: Hourly W2 pay rate $65.00-$70.00 We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
