Job Summary
The Implementation Manager (IM) is responsible for executing implementations of WaveMark Solutions at customer facilities. They serve as the primary onsite resource, supporting a cross functional project team within the WaveMark Project Management Office.
As an Implementation Manager, you will provide oversight for and perform tasks associated with improving customer’s inventory management practices, hardware deployment, and system configuration. The Implementation Manager is a critical member of our implementation team, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, leading on-site teams, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
A successful IM has project management and team leadership experience, has knowledge of hospital supply chain operations, is a self-starter, has strong communication skills, is well organized, and is comfortable and experienced in contacting and conversing with materials management personnel and clinical staff. A successful IM will demonstrate an ability to develop strong relationships, have a collaborative approach in a team environment, possess strong interpersonal and communicative skills, and hold themselves accountable to the highest level of standards.
Responsibilities
Independently execute implementation project plans on a department levelResponsible for system setup and configurationAnticipate project risks and recommend action for mitigation.Present and communicate project status updates to hospital personnel.Resolve conflicts across project team members and customers without functional intervention.Manage internal and external expectations to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned.Provides operational direction to lower-level personnel resources.Navigate various hospital settings and regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all onsite activities are on track.Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred4+ years experience in related field preferredLean Six Sigma Certification preferredDemonstrated knowledge of all acute healthcare supply chain areas and clinical operationsDemonstrated knowledge of all project management concepts and principlesStrong verbal and written communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical skills (Excel – V Lookups, Pivot Tables, Etc.)Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortable standing/walking for majority of work dayAbility to travel 80%+ of timeMust provide proof of, and maintain current immunizations and obtain additional immunizations appropriate for the facility which enables access to customer sites in order to perform essential job functions. Proofs must include: Hepatitis B, Influenza (current year), MMR (mumps, measles, rubella), Varicella (chicken pox), Annual TB/PPD (skin test), and Tetanus/Diphtheria/PertussisTo the extent permitted by state law, a Covid-19 vaccination or a legitimate accommodation is required in order to be employed in this position.
