  Apex Systems has partnered with a leading technology firm offering solutions that connect the brokerage, insurance and advisory ecosystems, to fill an Implementation Managerposition.Key details are listed below.   Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience (3-5 years) in investment operations, project management, client implementation and/or business analysis. Relevant certifications are a plus.Strong understanding of Investment Management Operations processes, broker dealer / RIA technology and procedures, and an ability and willingness to learn quicklySolid understanding of financial products, services, and industry trends. Experience with annuity products and advisor tool sets a plus.Experience implementing technology at broker-dealers and/or RIAs preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with clients at all levels.Strong analytical, process analysis, and problem-solving skills. Interest in relevance of detail underlying analysis is a must.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.Comfortable facilitating project working groups and ability to navigate and synthesize complex client requirementsExperience with designing new solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, assessing system capabilities, and writing business and technology specificationsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving client success.Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.Accountable for business outcomes.
