About the role: As an ImplementationConversion Analyst, you will be the face of FIS, working closely withour clients as they implement our solutions as we change the way theworld banks. You will examine data files, processes, forms, reports andoperational needs of our customers, in order to facilitate data mappingand system conversions. After assessing all client needs, you willcreate a roadmap that will guide clients through the process while youteach them our products and coach them through setup and integration.What you will be doing: * Conducting data analysis, product mapping andclient interviews to assess data requirements for software utilization.* Creating data maps and transaction workflow documents that showexactly how every field will be converted. * Performing tests to ensurenew, customized software meets customer specific needs. * Coordinatingand conducting readiness reviews to ensure conversion is proceedingcorrectly. * Training customers on new systems and procedures. What youwill need: *Project management experience * The ability to translateclient requirements to technical specifications and then explain theseconcepts to customer groups. * Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills as well as excellent human relations, negotiation anddocumentation skills.
