Description

　　We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our IAM systems, with a specific focus on eDirectory, Python, Django, and Shell scripting.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Design, implement, and manage end-to-end IAM solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of user identities and access controls.

　　Lead the integration and maintenance of eDirectory, Python, Django, and Shell scripting components within the IAM framework.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective IAM strategies and solutions.

　　Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

　　Implement identity lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.

　　Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM systems to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary security measures.

　　Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends related to IAM and incorporate them into the organization's IAM strategy.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

　　Proven experience as an IAM Manager, with a focus on eDirectory, Python, Django, and Shell scripting.

　　Solid understanding of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.

　　Experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions for large-scale enterprises.

　　Proficiency in eDirectory, Python, Django, and Shell scripting for IAM integrations.

　　Strong knowledge of security protocols, encryption, and authentication mechanisms.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

　　Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar would be a plus.
