Job Description:
IAM Security Engineer II
As an IAM Security Engineer II you will support the organizations Identity & Access Management program. You will interact with users and technical teams across Conduent to secure global systems to ensure compliance with corporate policy and multiple compliance frameworks including (ISO, HIPAA, PCI, SOC, SOX).
Responsibilities:
Administer user accounts and access privileges in the enterprise identity management system.
Work closely with the IAM team to ensure the right people have access to the right resources.
Responsible for the day-to-day administration of user identities including orphan accounts, service accounts, and privileged access accounts.
Involved in troubleshooting and resolving IAM issues.
Participate in IAM projects and initiatives.
Work with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements.
Maintain documentation for the IAM program.
Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks.
Perform daily monitoring of system workflows to ensure all access records are processed according to policy and audit requirements.
Update and maintain the IAM system according to changes in the organization’s business needs.
Qualifications
Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment; proven track record of delivering while working independently & remotely.
You have 5+ years working with IGA solutions (SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, OpenIAM, etc.)
You have experience with active directory, Azure AD, LDAP, etc.
You are familiar with IAM technology/systems that will be utilized in achieving business goals.
You have an understanding of active directory structure and deployment best
You are familiar with compliance frameworks related to identity and access management including ISO, PCI, SOC, SOX, HIPAA, NIST, etc.
You have worked closely with Security professionals and other engineering teams to adopt secure processes and practices.
You have experience supporting IAM programs.
Preferred bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, etc.)

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and flexible paid time off and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $75,000-$100,000.
