　　Responsibilities

　　The Surface Taiwan team is looking for a hardware PM who will be responsible for leading the product development. You will be responsible for

　　Creating and delivering requirements to internal teams and external partners.

　　Leading internal teams and external partners to deliver quality products on schedule and within budget by

　　Defining development schedule

　　Managing changes in scope

　　Clearly defining required resources

　　Managing risks throughout the course of product development

　　Communicating program status across functional teams

　　Executing development process, bring clarity on program directions to Microsoft internal stakeholders and external development partners

　　Developing and protecting intellectual property

　　Qualifications

　　Qualifications

　　5+ years working as a technical program manager or other engineering discipline defining, driving, and shipping products or services through multiple ship cycles.

　　Strong strategic leadership.

　　Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Understanding of high-volume manufacturing process.

　　High degree of flexibility - willing to fill in the gaps rather than relying on others.

　　Strong ME, EE, Display, Battery or RF background is a plus.

　　Bachelor’s degree required.

　　International travel required.
