Kalin's Indoor Comfortis looking for an experienced installer to join our team. Candidates should have 3+ yrs experience and be NATE Certified or willing to become certified within 1 year. 　　Primary Job Function:To install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and timely job performance.

　　CompensationWe will pay top dollar to the candidate hired + Benefits! Reimbursement for moving expenses is available for out-of-town candidates.

　　Work Hours:7:30 am 4:00 pm with a 1/2 hour for lunch

　　Required Qualifications:

　　NATE Certified or become NATE Certified within 1 yearAdvanced understanding of layout, design, fabrication, and installationProficient at residential and light commercial installationsAdvanced Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings.Basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittingsSize and draw duct work correctly Startup and troubleshoot furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and condensing unitsGood understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagramsExcellent customer relations skills and an open mind to think outside of the boxEnroll in extra training to further knowledge of the HVAC industry and management, 16 hours requiredAbility to train entry-level personnelReasons to come work for us:
