  Are you looking for an opportunity to advance your career while working with an extraordinary team?  At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do.We are seeking a Behavior Health Technician to join our team at our program in Montgomery County, PA.If you are a Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Health Technician, or a Personal Care Aide, this is the opportunity for you!No experience required- we provide PAID RBT training and have opportunities for clinical supervision towards licensure. (BCBA, LPC, LSW, LCSW)Position DetailsAt Merakey, you can make a change in the life of a child. Using evidence-based treatments (such as Applied Behavior Analysis - ABA) to provide 1:1 direct service in family homes, schools, and community settings. You will get to have fun and let your personality shine while applying individualized treatment.Earn $16/hourReq: 89983*Successful candidates will be eligible for a sign on bonus of $250 and a continuing retention incentive bonus up to $250 per quarter (depending on start date) through December 2023, in accordance with the terms of Merakey's Incentive Compensation Plan.To be the difference in a child's life, apply today at:

  Requirements

  The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  Required:Minimum High school diploma/GEDPreferred:2 years' experience in the division of behavioral health services (e.g., was a TSS/BHT)Completed 40-hour RBT trainingCompleted coursework in mental health, child development, or a related field
