　　We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who is committed to excellence and will installs and service all HVAC systems and products according to the manufacturer’s specifications wile ensuring that all work performed is done professionally, timely and accurately according to all policies and procedures.

　　HVACR Technician Responsibilities:

　　Perform diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of HVAC systems.

　　Trouble shooting heating, ventilation, and air conditioning /refrigeration systems.

　　Adhere to Best Practices diagnostic and troubleshooting protocols

　　Communicates with GM and Dispatcher and adheres to daily scheduling.

　　Perform routine preventative maintenance.

　　Attend all company provided training and meetings

　　Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

　　Must be able to communicate findings, and necessary repairs to customers.

　　Maintain service parts stock on the truck.

　　Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and recommendations for jobs.

　　Maintains the company’s vehicle and notifies management when maintenance is required.

　　Requirements

　　HVACR Technician Qualifications:

　　2+ years of experience servicing and diagnosing residential HVAC systems desired.

　　Diagnostic skills and ability to use meters and gauges.

　　Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

　　Must have great attention to detail, be able to follow directions from management, and work independently.

　　Must be able to pass background check, drug screening and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

　　EPA License Type Two, Three, or Universal. Willing To Train For Test Within 6 Months

　　Schedule

　　8-hour shift.

　　Monday to Friday.

　　Overtime, On-Call and Weekends as needed.
