Description:
The maintenance technician will be performing all of the preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of the bakery equipment. This person will be running with the preventative maintenance schedule which includes greasing bearings, replacing belts, and replacing motors. If multiple issues arise at once then this person will be responsible for prioritizing the repairs to make sure that production stays operating optimally. This person will also be responsible for troubleshooting any electrical issues with the machines which includes working with the Allen Bradley PLCs. This job will be about 70-80% mechanical repairs with the remaining 20-30% being electrical. This person will be performing all of the repairs necessary to get the machines up and running. They will be doing both the mechanical and electrical repairs on all of the machinery in the facility.

2-4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting

Ability to edit/program PLCs
Experience with HVAC systems
