About SENIOR ASSOCIATE

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Pitch, structure, analyze, execute and facilitate the distribution of project financing and other structured finance products such as term loans.

　　Bonds, acquisition Financings, distressed Financings, exchange and liability management transactions for issuers in various industry sectors.

　　Including but not limited to infrastructure, power, and sovereign-backed initiatives.

　　Independently develop tailored capital structures for each opportunity, and have understanding of various asset classes and structured products.

　　Independently generate ideas / develop topics of discussion for meetings with existing and new clients of the firm.

　　Assisting with client coverage to drive client dialogue and managing live deal execution, including coordinating due diligence processes.

　　Requirements:

　　Must have Bachelors degree in Economics.

　　48 months as Associate,

　　including 36 months as an Associate at a large investment house.

　　Must have experience developing trading models and algorithms.
