About HVAC General Manager

  We are looking for an HVAC General Manager to join our team!

  What you’ll be doing: 

  Oversee  operations and staff of the assigned facility.

  Execute processes and procedures, and drive initiatives for improvement.

  Create a positive and efficient work environment, fostering a teamwork approach in executing HVAC business objectives.

  Partner with sales teams to coordinate sales activities to increase sales.

  Ensure facility and equipment is compliant with all local and federal requirements.

  Monitor business operations and market environment to identify issues or challenges and create solutions for improvement.

  Ensure assigned facility is staffed and able to deliver high quality HVAC service to the market.  

  Assist HVAC Install Manager and HVAC Service Manager with interviewing, hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and leading their assigned team.

  Assist with new hire orientation for the assigned facility.

  Monitor Key Performance Indicators, develop and execute plans to meet and exceed goals.

  Regularly update the executive leadership team on training, customer service, performance, personnel matters, and other related issues.

  All other duties as assigned.

  Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:

  Be knowledgeable of HVAC operations.  

  Possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  Ability to create concise yet informative service performance and other technical notes in a shared environment.

  Computer knowledge and the ability to apply the necessary software tools.

  Ability to attract, hire, train and retain talent.

  Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

  3 years of management experience.

  HVAC management experience is strongly preferred.
