  Position Summary

  *This role follows a hybrid model with three days onsite and two days from home

  The Sr. Manager, Medicaid Compliance Monitoring will lead a team of compliance professionals to develop and execute a comprehensive audit and/or monitoring plan within our Medicaid line of business that enhances enterprise value and is executed in accordance with our Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) methodology. This role has team leadership responsibilities and develops and drives our Medicaid business compliance monitoring plan activities. P artnering with stakeholders to continuously evaluate and recommend opportunities to monitor and reduce compliance risk and introduce operational efficiencies is also part of this role.

  In order to be successful in this role you must exhibit the following:

  ∙Proven experience communicating/presenting with senior leadership

  ∙Experience leading a small to medium-sized team to successfully meet department and enterprise objectives

  ∙ Ability to create and sustain an environment where team members have the opportunity and autonomy to perform at their best

  ∙ Ability to provide opportunities, guidance and feedback to develop team members and ensure a pipeline of talent for the future

  Required Qualifications ∙7+ years of hands-on healthcare business compliance, quality assurance, or audit experience, including; planning, documenting, and communicating results across the enterprise.

  Preferred Qualifications

  Strong analytical, deductive, problem solving, and critical thinking skills

  Practical knowledge of processes, risks, and internal controls

  Good teamwork and collaboration skills

  Solid meeting management and oral/written communication skills

  Government healthcare, including Medicaid and Medicare, or pharmacy benefit management experience is strongly preferred

  Education

  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $75,400.00 - $166,000.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
