　　Human Resources Trainer - $16 per hour

　　WHAT YOU WILL DO:

　　Six Flags Fiesta Texas is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as a Trainer. In the role, you will drive and ensure company training requirements are met; which includes developing, updating, maintaining and conducting training sessions on various ancillary topics, such as company orientation, sexual harassment, new supervisor trainings and more. This will directly impact day-to-day guest interaction, while providing a safe and fun work environment for all.

　　HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

　　Record and maintain proper training documentation in accordance with company policy.

　　Coordinates with Corporate Training Team on new initiatives and training requirements, ensuring park compliance.

　　Conducts virtual, classroom and one-on-one trainings.

　　Seeks out and leverages feedback related to training improvements, needs, and gaps.

　　Coordinates surveys and other feedback initiatives to capture training quality and impact.

　　Assists with Reasonable Accommodation site visits as needed.

　　Assists with and executes employee recognition, appreciation and exclusive events.

　　Maintains HR department training records.

　　Other responsibilities as assigned.

　　WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

　　Comfortable and able to speak in front of large groups and interacting with employees of all levels of the organization.

　　Passion for training and educating a diverse team.

　　Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

　　Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

　　Detail-oriented and interest in continuous process improvement.

　　Skilled with utilizing Microsoft products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.

　　Able to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

　　OTHER FUNCTIONS:

　　All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.

　　Reports to the Human Resources Manager
