onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join their IT Data & Analytics team to deliver the business intelligence (BI) technologies, processes, and dashboards the company needs to be a data-driven organization.

　　This Senior BI Analyst role, located in Malaysia, is primarily focused on guiding our delivery of world class business BI & reporting solutions across the enterprise. This will require a combination of technical expertise in BI tools and the accompanying data architecture, as well analytical & communication skills necessary to identify, implement, and manage the best practices and governance applied in our environment.

　　This opportunity will ask a candidate to have the following performance objectives:

　　Directly develop BI dashboards for strategic projects

　　Deploy and manage BI governance practices to ensure our BI platforms are effective and efficient

　　Foster our BI developer community with knowledge sharing and training opportunities

　　Manage vendors supporting these BI platforms to ensure we're leveraging latest features and getting proper support

　　Manage contractors supporting and developing the BI solutions for projects

　　Produce high quality documentation and communication materials
