Position Summary:

　　Responsible of industrial automation elements to fulfill the company key’s metrics. Manage and maintain the business control systems such as programmable logic controllers (PLC), Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), digital control systems, robotics, control by relay as well as other industrial control systems and relate these systems with applications of information technology (IT), such as databases, especially SQL, SCADA systems, to achieve control of machinery and processes

　　Responsibilities:

　　Elaboration and development of projects, applications, and technologies in automation, working with PLC's, robots, interfaces, drives, motors and servomotors (Allen Bradley, Siemens).

　　Guarantee the available information and support of the equipment (Backup Programs, software, manuals, etc.).

　　Implement, maintain and improve traceability.

　　Elaboration and interpretation of electrical and electronic diagrams.

　　Be able to solve problems with equipment, make software and hardware upgrades and make improvements to make processes more robust and efficient.

　　Continuous improvement of current processes.

　　Encourage the teamwork for problem solving.

　　Creativity and innovation for problem solving.

　　Root cause analysis for recurring problems

　　Profile:

　　Engineering in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical or career to end.

　　Proficient English.

　　Experience:

　　+3 years in Industrial process automation.

　　+2 years in SQL scripting.

　　+2 years windows advanced knowledge.

　　+3 years in Allen Bradley experience (PLC, motion, Transaction Manager).

　　+3 years in Siemens experience. (PLC, simotion, sinamics).

　　+2 years in Vision systems experience. (Cognex, Keyence)

　　Ignition Software knowledge – Desired
