Citizens Savings Bank, a local Community Bank, is seeking to hire a Full Time Human Resources Marketing Assistant. 

Citizens Savings Bank is a locally owned and operated community bank headquartered in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. We have six branch offices located throughout Lackawanna, Monroe and Wayne County.

As a Human Resources Marketing Assistant your primary responsibilities will include:

This position will assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources and marketing functions. The Human Resources and Marketing Assistant carries out administrative responsibilities in some or all of the following HR functional areas: HRIS, employee programs and employee recognition, health wellness, employee relations, billing, database management, training, and intranet maintenance. A variety of marketing administrative support responsibilities will include some or all of the following functional areas:  social media, employee and bank events and programs, fundraising, survey and report preparation, assisting in photography, design and video content development. Position provides recommendations for improvements to human resources and marketing programs, policies, and procedures to ensure best in class practices.

Position will work approximately 35-38 hours Monday-Friday.  However, this position will require the ability to work before and/or after normal business hours.

Human Resources Marketing Assistant Qualifications:

1 year of related administrative and customer service experience in an office environment or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Content management system, social media platforms and CANVA experience a plus.

A customer service focused self-starter with a high degree of confidentiality and trust. Successful candidate must have a strong ability to prioritize and be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment. Candidate must be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Successful candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational and strong attention to detail.
