　　In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. 　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　Requirements gathering, project planning and management, solution design, configuration and customization of SAP products.

　　Technical analysis and documentation of integrated systems.

　　Provide expert advice on SAP functionality, change management and other advisory services.

　　Provide guidance on test plans and end-user documentation.

　　Suggest solutions to customer based on best practice.

　　Identify business drivers and goals and develop compelling proposals and value-driven business cases to achieve desired business outcomes.

　　Translate client's business needs into business requirements and participate in the production of detailed design and technical specifications.

　　Understand the requirements, current state architecture of the enterprise and create roadmap for the future enhancements accordingly.

　　Required Technical and Professional Expertise

　　10 + years of experience required in IS-Retail & S/4HANA FVB and at least 3-4 implementation experience in Retail space.

　　Integration experienced with S/4HANA SD & MM modules.

　　Hands-on SAP POSDM consultant having worked in complex interfaced landscape. Strong design and development (config) abilities and should be able to work independently.

　　SAP IS Retail POSDM / CAR processes.

　　Experience designing and implementing SAP IS Retail / S/4HANA FVB programs.

　　Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

　　Good Knowledge on Master Data including Article master, Site master, merchandising category, store layout module.

　　Good communication skills are required to effectively engage with the client.

　　Interfacing experience with POS and Omnichannel.
