Amazon Pharmacy is seeking a driven, talented, and experienced account manager to define and manage critical role relationships with large pharmaceutical manufacturer organizations.Account Managers (AM) provide end-to-end support for implementation, optimizations, and maintenance of existing Partner programs. AMs engage with internal Program Design, Business Development, Operations, Tech and Financial teams to scope and execute programs and to ensure long term financial viability. Additionally, AMs coordinate Partner teams and are the initial point of contact for error and defect resolution. AMs must be familiar with the full suite of offerings provided by Amazon Pharmacy, have the ability to coordinate across a wide range of internal and external teams, and to communicate and present Program updates and statuses to multiple levels of stakeholders (both internal and external). By working with existing Partners, AMs surface new opportunities to the Business Development team and optimize accounts to continuously improve program ROI. The ideal candidate will have experience in: developing relationships across functional areas (Sales, Tech, Finance, etc), B2B project management, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding time bound goals, and have experience working with external partners.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Sr. Account Manager (AM) is the focal point for multiple, concurrent work-streams that vary in size and scope. The base pay for this position ranges from $98,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $182,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
